Nothing like… – The Hungry Runner Lady

Nothing like a busy week to make post-race restoration occur naturally… some days I ran, some days I didn’t, and most days have been shorter. I wrapped up final week with 5 miles @ 8:35 tempo.

Now that I’m executed with my race (and I’ll have a bit extra time with youngsters at school quickly), I’m excited to give attention to energy and pull-ups once more. I can nonetheless do one pull-up, but it surely takes each fiber of my being to do it, so again to work… (love my pull-up bar). Additionally, I would like a brand new operating aim/race to stay up for… can anybody assist me with this one??
