I did get some energy coaching in on Saturday… Nonetheless not in a position to make use of a straw, which makes the waterbottle scenario tough.
Brooke and I went and received my favourite shake on the planet–> Chick-fil-A Peppermint. I’ll be having plenty of these over the subsequent month.
Andrew and I did some birthday purchasing for Skye’s EIGHTH birthday developing quickly… Good timing with the brand new hockey retailer at our outside mall.

We spent the day up at my in-laws’ home yesterday!
The youngsters even received a while with their great-grandparents.
My in-laws stay proper throughout from an enormous park and so we went over there for some time… Skye in shorts consuming a popscicle + me in a sleeping bag coat.
After which we went to Antelope Island.
My in-laws introduced donuts and scorching chocolate and we hiked to the highest of Buffalo Level to observe the sundown.
I’ve so many enjoyable race reminiscences on this island and may’t suggest the races on this island sufficient… my 25k and 50 miler recap.
